  • What is the exchange/return policy?
    I gladly accept returns and exchanges for ready-to-ship products. Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery (Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs) Custom made, personalized orders and pre-orders are made to your order and therefore can't be returned or exchanged. In case of any problems please contact us though and we'll do our best to assist you :)
  • How long the does the delivery take?
    If the item is in preorder it needs from week to two weeks to be made. After it was shipped You will get it in 3-7 days (Europe), 1-2 weeks (US, Australia and Japan)
  • How can I pay and what shipping options do you offer?
    All orders will be shipped by registered airmail, with tracking code. Please contact me if you want to ship it by EMS. We cannot send non-registered mail. We accept credit card payments and wire transfer at the moment.
  • I don't see any shipping option to my country. Can you ship to (...)?
    Due to coronavirus restrictions I can't send packages to some contries. However - let me know where are you from and I'll try to find some shipping option for you!
  • Do you accept commissions?
    Basically - we can make custom ANYTHING. I you need different color or size, the simplest option is to order something similar and let us know in the order comments what changes you want to make. If you have some special, complicated requests - just contact us and we'll talk about it :)
  • Do you make the items yourself?
    Yes, yes and yes ;) We make everything by ouselves, starting from scratch. Soon we will add more info about the production itself, we know its interesting!
